Purpose of processing: What will we use your data for?

Depending on the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will treat it confidentially for the following purposes:

In the Contact form:

  • Responding to queries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact forms available on the controller’s website. (for the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

Why can we process your data?

Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

  • For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: to carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the USER.

How long will we keep your personal data?

They will be kept for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal requirements governing their custody, and when they are no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or its complete destruction.

Target audience: with whom do we share your data?

No personal data will be disclosed to third parties except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing, to our communications service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements as required by current privacy regulations.

2. Mandatory or optional nature of the information provided by the user

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes thereto.

The CONTROLLER informs you that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary for the provision of an optimal service to the USER. If all the data is not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.

3. Security measures

In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby data is processed in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner in relation to the data subject and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has communicated the appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.
